By using the SabMero website or mobile application, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Use of the Platform
SabMero is a marketplace connecting customers with vendors and service providers in Nepal. We facilitate the connection but are not the direct manufacturer or provider of all listed products and services.
Vendor Responsibilities
- Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of product and service information
- Vendors must not list fake, counterfeit, or prohibited products
- Vendors are responsible for order fulfilment, quality, and warranty as applicable
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate delivery and contact information
- Make payments through approved methods only
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only
Orders & Payments
All orders and service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Pricing, delivery, and service timelines may vary by vendor.
Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item you received is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.
- Raise the return request through the SabMero app (Returns) and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective or wrong items. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
- For eligible returns, the cost of returning the item is free for you.
- Items must be unused and returned with their original packaging and accessories.
- Once the return is approved, a replacement or refund will be arranged. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days.

Limitation of Liability
SabMero is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or services booked through the platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
